Holdcroft new and used cars are a family business which has steadily developed into one of the largest family owned motor groups in the UK, taking action on new ideas devised and fine tuning along the way.
The Holdcroft Group developed from modest beginnings similarly to many other family businesses. Back in the year 1966, the chairman for the Company at the time - Terry Holdcroft, opened the very first business which was based in Hanley, Stoke On Trent. The business had an emphasis on getting outstanding value for money and customer satisfaction. Today, it is still renowned for a warm, friendly and personal service.
Soon afterwards, the business continued to develop and opened up dealerships around the Midlands, selling the leading franchised marques. Holdcroft became an instant success and as the business expanded, its growth continued to be structured on complete dedication to quality motor vehicles and providing a quality customer service.
Now firmly established as one of the UK's largest privately owned motor vehicle retailing groups, the Holdcroft group does not take for granted the importance of having a continued personal relationship with its customers. From an early stage, the business recognised that in order to carry on growing and being a success, it was vital to have customers who were completely satisfied. The Holdcroft group has now expanded and diversified into a substantial business that represents many of the world's largest manufacturers around Cheshire and North of Staffordshire in the UK.
Holdcroft are now involved in more than just vehicle sales in recent years. There are several operations that Holdcroft are associated with. This includes independent service centres with a specialised body and paint centre. This helps the business to remain at the forefront of the continually changing and fiercly competitive motor industry. Currently there is an ongoing expansion program and the Holdcroft group are contiinuing to provide the high standards that they set out in customer service to a community that stretches out further afield.
Holdcroft still appreciates its routes though and has been heavily involved in continued investment within the community from where it has emerged, within the Stoke On Trent area.
