Penelope Write is a former Executive Staff member for the Illinois Department of Corrections. There she served nearly eight years coordinating Youth Services for incarcerated offenders in order to prevent recommittment. After having witnessed the various prevention programs and methods available to troubled children and youth, Penelope made a committment to be a part of the solution...
