SVR this week exceeded its 225th property listing having secured its 200th, Jamoon, on the Sandy Lane Estate, Barbados, in December. This landmark values the SVR property list for sales in excess of BDS$98M and monthly rental revenue of BDS$200K. It is expected that the rate of growth, and business value, will accelerate through the launch of the new SVR web site and publicity campaign commencing first week of February 2010.
