CPS Security to Demonstrate State of the Art Security Solutions at World of Concrete

Jan. 28, 2010 - PRLog -- LAS VEGAS –  Leading security, video surveillance and structured cabling solutions provider CPS Security & Communications Group is pleased to announce it will showcase its range of advanced IP cameras and related security products at the 2010 World of Concrete exhibition to be held February 2-5, 2010 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV.

With over 20 years of security experience starting out as Construction Protective Services®, CPS is well placed to protect nearly any type of property.  At WOC, CPS will showcase its innovative range of security solutions for the construction industry, including mobile and remote surveillance units, HD and time lapse cameras, archiving, and wireless communications.

Amongst the items on display will be the CPS Cam™, which enhances security by acting as a remote sentry that can be located anywhere, providing instant video alerts of intrusions. These wireless cameras are weatherproof, do not require AC power, are motion sensing, and can have battery life of two years.

Additionally, CPS has a whole range of new products and services from its recent acquisition of D & M Communications, which specializes in the integration of low-voltage structured cabling systems for voice and data equipment. This includes everything from network cabling to seismic bracing, and strongly complements CPS’ existing product offering.

CPS representatives will also be on hand to discuss other offerings, including overall project management, 24 hour manned security trailers during construction and on-site guards when the project is complete.

An example of one of CPS’ most unique product offerings is the solar-powered Wireless Surveillance Unit, which can be placed anywhere with a cellular phone signal and daytime sunlight, and instantly transmit images from that site over the internet. This enables users to monitor their site from anywhere with an internet connection.
