Successful candidates will be sitting with a Partner and will have a trainee to support them while they’re here. Beth Bostock and Eddie Llewelyn-Evans both took part in the TRPS and then went on to accept training contracts with the firm.
Eddie Llewelyn-Evans, attended TRPS in 2008, joining the firm in September 2010
"On the TRPS all the staff including the partners were friendly, engaging and genuinely interested in learning about me and my future aspirations. What struck me most however was that Ince & Co got me involved in real legal work and gave me responsibility from my first day. I felt a valued part of the team, and the TRPS accurately portrayed the tasks that a trainee at Ince & Co would be expected to undertake."
Beth Bostock, attended TRPS in 2008, joined the firm as a trainee in September 2009.
“On the TRPS it struck me that everyone I worked for was welcoming, helpful and interested in what I was doing. Although it was daunting asking for work from Partners, I soon realised that they wanted to facilitate my understanding of how Ince & Co functions. This enabled me to see for myself the work trainees do and the level of responsibility they obtain at an early stage.”
