Compared to the conventional rotating ring die design found in most mills, the fixed flat horizontal die is more durable and results in lower maintenance and lifecycle costs.
The ½ to 5 ton capacity of the HiTechAgro mills allow for greater operational flexibility and a timelier return on investment than the typical 3 to 15 ton mills. The pellet output can be varied by increasing or decreasing the feed level and, the mills can process 90 varieties of fibrous biomass and agricultural byproducts into 1/4-inch to 5/8-inch pellets.
