All three were promoted from within after delivering success on multiple client engagements and earning meaningful client praise along the way.

• Monica Chi focuses on strategy clarification, organizational development, leadership alignment and team performance. She offers additional perspective from earlier work at the Federal Bureau of Investigation and as a consultant in Accenture’s change management group.
• Shani Harmon focuses on strategy setting, organizational enabling and effective execution. She also brings expertise from prior work as an advertising executive with Leo Burnett USA and as a consultant in Monitor Group’s organizational practice.
• Brad Sutton focuses on executive team development, corporate & operating strategy and post-merger management. He tackles these areas with experience gleaned during work at McKinsey & Company, the U.S. Department of State, Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette (now part of Credit Suisse) and Goldman Sachs.
