The Foreclosure Boys help widowed mother of four in foreclosure battle with Bank of America

Andrea Daily never could have imagined that she would face foreclosure. Tim Daily, Andrea's husband, was the sole signer on the loan and title to the property. Tim passed away in March. Bank of America now claims Andrea has no right to the home.

Jan. 27, 2010 - PRLog -- LOCAL UTAH WOMEN BATTLES AGAINST TIME TO SAVE HER HOME

Andrea Daily, mother of four and recently widowed struggles to find peace while facing adversity.

An emotional Andrea Daily, a 35 year mother of four who lives in Daybreak Utah reads aloud the contents of a letter addressed to her recently deceased husband. “Tim Daily, your home will be sold at public auction February 16th, 2010”.

In 2005 Tim was involved in a near fatal hit and run accident that shattered his leg, shoulder and broke parts of his back. Tim went through an extensive and painful rehab, surprising most doctors who diagnosed that Tim would never walk again. After the numerous surgeries and rehabilitation, Tim continued to live each day to the fullest while in unbelievable pain.

Andrea and Tim decided to move to Utah in 2006. Excited about Utah, Andrea came up to Utah with her kids while Tim tied up loose ends in California. The day prior to closing on their new home the bank that was providing the loan collapsed. Frantic, Tim found funding from a lending institution in California. Andrea being in Utah was unable to sign with Tim on the loan. The loan and title to the property was listed in the name of Tim Daily only.

When Tim settled in Utah he had a doctor recommend to him to continue with his rehabilitation. The doctor felt it best to control the pain by the prescription of high doses of pain, muscle relaxers, and anxiety narcotics. Under the guidance of his doctor Tim began the daily regiment of prescriptions.

Tim Daily passed away March 9th, 2009 of heart failure caused by complications with prescription narcotics prescribed by his doctor.

Shortly after the funeral Andrea was given notice from the bank that she had no rightful claim to the property. Tim never made a will or set up an estate. Panic set in and Andrea began looking for answers. She contacted anyone she could think of. Inundated with misinformation, half-truths, and completely wrong information she prayed for an answer.

Andrea, in what she refers to as the most amazingly random meetings, met a man named Doug Clark. Doug Clark is one of The Foreclosure Boys, a company that specializes in the buying and selling of foreclosures. Overwhelmed and in tears, Andrea poured out her story to Doug. Doug was able to provide the answers to her that she so desperately needed.
Andrea’s home is scheduled to go to auction February 18th, 2010. Andrea is an amazing woman. With all the adversity she has gone through she still views life as the glass being half full.

The Foreclosure Boys were able to interview Andrea. Below is a link to that interview. Please take the opportunity to preview it.
