When considering joining a Network Marketing Company it is important to understand the compensation plans and how you will be paid. Dr. Tom Kolarik reviews the Xango compensation plan and the Synaura Freedom Plan. Which company pays you more?
This review of these two network marketing companies was inspired by many distributors from both companies who make the same claim. But, only one company can have the best pay plan. In this economy, now, more than ever, people are looking for business more specifically home business that they can start and work from the convenience of home. Currently the hottest sector with the most growth and money spent is the health and wellness industry. When choosing a company it is vitally important that you choose the most lucrative company to put your efforts into. For this review the "Power of One" system was used, this system is so often used during meetings and most networkers are familiar with it. With this system their is equal number of distributors at any given point. This comparison also builds their respective teams as recommended by the company. With this review example all distributors purchase one case of product (Xango juice for Xango and AVIA - The original Maqui Supplement for Synaura distributors)
Lets begin with Xango. Xango teaches it's distributors to sponsor three, "It takes three to Xango". After six months you will have a total of 31 distributors not counting you of course. 5 distributors will be personally sponsored and three of them on your first level (Xango recommends that you build three legs). You will be paid 5% of monthly ADP purchases. Your second level will have 9 distributors for which you are paid 5% of their monthly ADP purchases. On your third level you will have 11 distributors for which you are paid 10% of their monthly ADP purchases. Your next two levels you are paid 5% of their monthly ADP purchases. The total residual income check Xango will send you is approximately $210 on purchases of $3,100 from 31 distributors.
Now lets review the Synaura Freedom Plan. Synaura's Freedom Plan is a single line plan for placement but pays according to your sponsor tree. After six months you will have 31 distributors not counting you of course in you your group, five of which will be personally sponsored by you. Your first level will be your 5 personally sponsored distributors and you will receive 20% commission for their monthly ADP purchases. Your second level will have 10 distributors and you will be paid 10% of their monthly purchases. On your third level you will 10 distributors and you will be paid 5% of their monthly ADP purchases. On your fourth level you will have 5 distributors for which you will be paid 3% of monthly ADP purchases. And your fifth level will contain one distributor for which you will be paid 3% of monthly ADP purchases. The total residual income check from Synaura to you is approximately $300 on purchases of $3,720 from 31 distributors.
This review of compensation plans does not include initial fast start purchase bonuses. Xango pays this bonus up two levels. The first level receives 20% of the initial purchase of new personally sponsored distributors and your direct upline will be paid a 10% bonus from the initial purchase. Synaura pays this bonus up three levels, the first level receives 30% of initial purchase of new personally sponsored distributors, the second level upline is paid 15% and the third level upline is paid 10% of this initial purchase.
For a new distributor to move up in rank from Representative with Xango to a 1K distributor You are required to personally sponsor three distributors and have as total group volume of at least $1,000. For you to move up from 1K distributor to a 5K distributor three of your personally sponsored distributors are required to personally sponsor three new distributors each and have a total group volume of $5,000.
With the Synaura Freedom Plan for you to move up in rank from the entry level of Associate to the Director level your only requirement is one personally sponsored distributor and your group volume to be $2,000. To move up in the ranks further from Director to Director I it is only a matter of volume there is no more sponsorship requirements.
With this fair and honest review one can easily determine which company pays their distributors larger checks. I you would like more information about the Synaura opportunity please follow the links below.
