New England Walkers For Knockers Partners With WUSLU For One Day Only Sale

WSLU is the only online deal of the day furniture and home decor store and community.  On February 9, 2010 from 10 PM to 10 PM February 10, 2010 WUSLU will sell the “Golden Sunburst Mirror” exclusively on behalf of New England Walkers for Knockers. WUSLU will donate 100% of the profits, on behalf of New England Walkers for Knockers, to the 2010 Avon Walk for Breast Cancer.

“This is a great opportunity for our supporters”, said Irene Johnson, New England Walkers for Knockers’ fundraising coordinator. “Those supporting our team will receive a designer looking piece without paying a designer price and NE-W4K will move closer to their goal of raising $20,000 this year.”

The New England Walkers for Knockers team, established in 2007 by Brenda Smith, is comprised of approximately twenty male and female volunteers who participate in the annual Avon Walk for Breast Cancer by walking, crewing, or through fundraising.  To date, the team has raised approximately $57,000 towards the quest for a cure for breast cancer.  New England Walkers for Knockers believes that through awareness, early detection and funding, breast cancer can be prevented and ultimately eliminated. New England Walkers for Knockers’ goal is to have every person, affected by breast cancer, get the best treatment, information and support available.
