The program topics range from issues of private well construction, lake/watershed monitoring, developing "legal" water quality baseline following chain-of-custody protocols associated with the Marcellus Shale Development, and educating the public / local municipalities.

This program aids private well owners and landowners make decisions regarding the need for establishing a "legal water quality baseline" , addressing questions related to water quality, selecting a certified laboratory, regional water allocation issues, and evaluating the need and aiding in the selection of water treatment equipment.
