Northwest Home Improvement Co., a local family-owned and operated quality replacement window company, has released an exclusive new vinyl window design full of features tailored for Pacific Northwest living. These are the first vinyl windows in the Washington and Oregon markets that are built specifically to withstand large amounts of rain and many common prevent water-related issues including the build-up of mold.
“We are very excited to introduce a new window design to the Pacific Northwest market that really understands that the consumer’s needs are different here than they are in, say, Arizona,” says Tom Gion, President of Northwest Home Improvement Company. “The amount of moisture that we battle in this area demands certain design elements in windows that have previously been nonexistent.”
Features include an interior sloped drain to prevent water buildup (a common cause of mold) and covered weep holes which allow water drainage but simultaneously prevent insects from entering the home. Additionally, it is the first vinyl window frame to truly be insulated on all four sides making it extremely energy-efficient.
WeatherPro Windows meet EnergyStar requirements and meet the most stringent requirements for all tax rebates.
