Noblis, a nonprofit science, technology, and strategy organization, has been awarded a new contract by the Department of Veterans Affairs, National Center for Patient Safety (NCPS), to utilize RASMAS, the leading web-based recall management service.
Noblis was awarded a five-year contract, award number VA251-P-0611, with a contract value of $473,295. The solicitation asked for “accurate and timely” product recall information through a web-based service that is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

RASMAS delivers timely and actionable healthcare product recalls, comprehensive workflow capabilities, and access to a growing online community of healthcare professionals. Many leading hospitals utilize the RASMAS web-based service to drive patient safety best practices, manage costs, and reduce exposure to product recall liability throughout the enterprise.
