Swylite has 32% increase on demand for CFL Wall Timers

Swylite Corporation of Winter Park, Florida, a manufacturer of automatic energy controls, reports that demand for their CFL digital wall switch timers was up over 32% for the 2009 fiscal year compared to year ending 2008.

“We began 2009 with a high degree of uncertainty,” said Randy Morrison, President, “but as the year progressed and people became more cost and energy conscience due to the economy, the demand for light switch and appliance controls, particularly timers that control CFL lighting, was strong.”

Swylite expects 2010 to be a banner year as well and will leverage growth with new and existing products as a member of the North American Retail Hardware Association (NRHA) while expanding into hardware stores, electric supply distributors and home improvement centers throughout the United States and Canada.
