SAN DIEGO – Shoppers visiting the former Thrift Trader store in Pacific Beach are in for an upscale change. Revolver Boutique has taken over the Garnet Avenue location and brought in more handpicked upscale vintage clothing, music and movies while lowering the starting price of products throughout the entire store.
“Revolver is the new Thrift Trader,” said Gabe Galvez with Revolver Boutique. “We are bringing the area a new higher-end look and feel with better quality merchandise at great prices.”
Revolver Boutique buys, sells and trades gently used merchandise priced as low as only $2. The store has thousands of pieces currently for sale with millions of additional pieces in storage in a local warehouse.

While the store is focused on selling quality gently-used merchandise, they are always also on the look for more items to buy.
“We are still actively buying good used product,” Galvez said.
The owners of Revolver Boutique plan to use the Pacific Beach store as the flagship location to launch additional growth. They currently are on the hunt for more locations or store partners.
“We are entertaining the opportunities to look at investment or franchise options to expand our stores,” Galvez said. “We have structured our unique model to be extremely scalable to grow the brand.”
Revolver Boutique is located at 1416 Garnet Ave. between Gresham Street and Haines Street. The store is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Merchandise for sell or trade is accepted during any business hours.
