The seminars are based on the teachings of a book by Napoleon Hill called Think & Grow Rich. The funny thing about this book is that it was written before the first computer was invented but the lessons are as relevant today as they were then.
2 of the main themes are the requirement by business owners to develop specialist skills and leverage off them and also to become more organised in the way that they run their business.
The Celtic Tiger Years
“these years were full of opportunities and many people seized on these opportunities. In many cases, the new opportunities were being funded by existing cashflow” Once the cashflow was tightened, it caused problems for the new business and the existing ones. A prime reason for the challenges was that there was little or no realistic long term planning.
