“if You Can Keep Your Head When All About You Are Losing Theirs And Blaming It On You....."

Jan. 24, 2010 - PRLog -- We all know the famous poem ‘If’ by Rudyard Kipling and its inspirational mottos and maxims for life, but manager of JTM Solutions, Joshua Peace, believes it may also hold the secret to success in business! “I know how many times in previous organizations and companies I have spent time in, I’ve seen heads in hands, and staff running to the coffee machine for another espresso hit to keep them going.  The stress can really get to you, and when it’s your own business that stress is tenfold.  Everything is in your hands and you are directly responsible for your success or even worse, your failures but taking on too much mental pressure can have a negative effect on not only yourself, but also your business as a whole!”

“Keeping your head is the most important part of keeping in control of everything in your business.  Everything could be out of your control for a day.  Your suppliers could mess up your orders, your customers could cancel their contracts, your staff could not turn in and your computer systems could all go down at the same time but if you can keep positive and keep your attitude in place throughout that, you will attract positive outcomes!  As cheesy as it sounds, it really works!”

Mr Peace believes this small motto has contributed massively to the huge success JTM Solutions experienced in 2009. “I like to think I not only live by this but have passed this onto everyone in my office, even if they occasionally relapse and have a moment of stress without me seeing!  The atmosphere within my office and between the members of the team is always upbeat and positive and I believe many of them have created bonds stronger than that of regular colleagues due to this.  When being in a management, I always aimed to create a successful environment which I, and everyone involved enjoyed being in, something which I know has been achieved!
