Bo Kauffmann of Remax Performance Realty in Winnipeg has received two prestigious awards for his work and performance in 2009.
First to be announced was the Remax award. Remax issues awards annually, based on agents performances. Awards start off with the Executive Award, followed by the "100% Club" award, which is topped by the "Platinum Club" award. For the 2nd year in a row, Bo has been awarded the "Platinum Club Award".
"I am VERY excited about winning this award," Bo states. "I know that I owe much of this to my past clients and customers, who refer their friends and relatives to me. Nearly 65% of my business comes by way of referrals."
Next up to be announced was the Winnipeg REALTORS® award. This organization takes the top 10% of REALTORS® in Winnipeg, and divides those into 3 categories. The very top level receives a Gold Award, while the next level (essentially the top 5% of agents in the city), receives the Silver Award and the next level is awarded the Bronze Award.
For the first time, Bo has received the Silver Medallion. "Again, I am very humbled and excited about winning this award. It's even more impressive when you consider that I have been in this business for only 5 years."
