“These webinars are the first of its kind because every technique is presented through videos while the faculty simultaneously describes the details of that technique”, said COO Dr. Szczepan Baran.
“The webinar system is great,” said instructor Dr. Marcel Perret-Gentil, “we make sure to limit class sizes so participants will have an opportunity to interact with the instructors.”
VBI’s webinars are short versions of their online courses. These webinars enable VBI to reach a globally dispersed laboratory animal science and biomedical audience, provided they have a high speed internet connection. Students who attend these webinars earn continuing education (CE) credits towards the American Association for Laboratory Animal Science, Canadian Association for Laboratory Animal Science and the Academy of Surgical Research certifications. The majority of the webinars will also be approved for CE credits for veterinarians and veterinary technicians by the American Association of Veterinary State Boards Registry of Approved Continuing Education (RACE).
”This training format makes it convenient for anyone, anywhere in the world to have access to the premier Veterinary Bioscience Institute’s content and experts,” adds Perret-Gentil.
