The Dec 12th, 2009 UW Seiyo Kai Mudansah clinic was such a huge success the club has decided to continue to offer regular monthly Mudansha clinics. The instructor for these clinics will be Hanshi Andy Finley, 7th Dan from the Casper Seiyo Kai Dojo. The focus of these clinics will be self defense techniques (bunkai& waza) hidden in the Naihanshi Shodan Kata and Pinan series Kata. These clinics are open to all Seiyo Kai International students and will be especially convenient for students from the Colorado, Utah and Wyoming area. January's Mudnsha clinic will be held on Saturday the 30th at the UW education building gymnasium. We'll start promptly at 10:00 a.m. Bring your Gi, membership card and a sack lunch. The training will wrap up at 3:00 p.m. Our focus for the day will be the Pinan Godan Kata, its bunkai an waza.
