This is a fine-dining Wine Restuarant serving French Meditarranean cuisine. Dress code is smart casual but the place is upscale yet relaxed. English chef Philip Golding runs the restaurant assisted by sommelier/restaurant manager Bastiaan Van de Walle from Holland. Don't forget to check out the award-winning wine list. The two walk-in wine cellars are not open for casual inspection but a glimpse is possible. Prices are not as high as one might think, certainly lower than restaurants inside hotels.
