(Park City, Utah– January 21, 2010) – Jewell Sparks, CEO of INDIE VIXENS LLC (film, visual media, music, and financing strategic alliance/social networking guru) announces a fundraiser for Haiti “La Perle de Antilles,” sponsored by the Museum of African Diaspora (MoAD) to benefit UNICEF’s earthquake relief in Haiti. The event will take place in Park City, UT on the opening weekend of the 2010 Sundance Film Festival.
“The tragedy in Haiti saddens me, and has affected the lives of several individuals I know. I wanted to have an event during a time when people from all over the world come together to enjoy film, networking, and the beautiful mountains in Park City, Utah. The spirit that exists amongst those who attend Sundance Film Festival is a spirit that is needed to help the survivors of the earthquake rebuild their communities.”

The happy hour event starts Friday, January 22 at 6pm on Main Street at the Luxury Lounge (Tatou) which is located at 427 Main Street in downtown Park City.
