Hirshfelder will be responsible for growing Capital Safety’s presence and global market share within the rapidly expanding wind energy industry. He will work with key customers, including manufacturers, wind farms, and construction and service firms, to provide fall protection solutions and services for employees who work at heights.
Hirshfelder comes to Capital Safety from Hailo LLC, where he served as CEO and president. Hirshfelder was responsible for the company’s entrance into the North American market. Prior to Hailo, Hirshfelder held a variety of sales and marketing roles with companies such as Procter and Gamble, van Melle Deutschland GmbH and BIC Germany GmbH.
