Charles Henry Joins BP&M Consulting as an Associate

Jan. 21, 2010 - PRLog -- OTTAWA -- BP&M Consulting, a management consulting boutique that serves IM and IT leaders, especially Canadian Government CIOs, announced today that Charles Henry has joined the firm as an Associate. Charles will provide information and technology managers in the public sector with assessment, strategic planning and business transformation services.

Prior to joining BP&M, Charles was the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for the Government of Canada, reporting directly to the CIO of Canada. In that role, he set overall policy direction for the Government of Canada for the Management of IT and provided technology guidance to all IT organizations within the Government. Prior to joining the Treasury Board, Mr. Henry spent thirty years at IBM designing, implementing and consolidating large-scale systems.
