January 20, 2010, Madison, WI and Naperville, IL — CustomCall Data Systems, Inc. and Concretio.com, Inc. today announced they have signed a Letter of Intent to merge their businesses. The two companies offer complementary software and services to communications service providers in all segments of the telephone, cable, and wireless industries. The combined company will offer a broader range of billing and OSS capabilities seamlessly, giving service providers a complete solution without the need to perform integration among multiple vendors.
CustomCall Data Systems provides world-class billing, OSS, and business process management solutions for cable, Internet, wireless, CLECs, local and long distance companies, VoIP, and IPTV service providers. Concretio offers proven provisioning, gateway, and OSS solutions that enable the complete automation of On Net customer acquisition. CustomCall and Concretio share a deep history of providing solutions in the communications industry, being founded in 1993 and 1999, respectively.

Terms of the merger were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close during the first quarter of 2010. The merged entity will retain the trademarked CustomCall name, with operations in both Madison, WI and Naperville, IL.
