The most popular takeaway restaurants in the UK have been named by leading takeaway ordering site www.Just-Eat.co.uk, in their bid to celebrate takeaway excellence. Just-Eat have serviced over 40,000 takeaway meals in the last 24 hours alone.
Every Just-Eat user is encouraged to review their experience online, ranking each individual restaurant by the quality of the meal, the time it took for delivery and the quality of service. There are nearly 150,000 restaurant reviews online to help customers choose the right takeaway restaurant for them.
Having ranked the top eateries by customer reviews, Just-Eat are able to announce the best takeaway restaurants to order from anywhere in the UK. Where a restaurant has gained the same score as another, they are ranked by number of reviews of the restaurant.
Manchester-based Indian restaurant Kashmiri Spice is only one of three restaurants in the UK to receive a perfect 6 out of 6 rating by all customers who have ordered online through them, joined by Thai Royal, a Thai restaurant based in Preston and Dragons’ Pearl Chinese restaurant in Dundee.
The North is home to the best curries in the UK, given that there is no Southern representation in the top 5.
