Hook Up Wire
WesBell Electronics just launched a new website with many different types of hook up wire including UL1007, UL1015, Teflon wire and kynar wire wrap. Each of these wires has a different insulation or flexibility option to comply with all of our customers needs.
UL1007 wire is a 300 volt PVC wire used indoors in your homes appliances and electronic devices. UL1015 is a step up to 600 volts with a thicker PVC insulation to handle the high voltage. Both UL styles have the same purpose but some applications call for different voltage ratings so both are needed.
Teflon wire is a type of high temperature wire used in applications where high temperature is an issue for PVC wire. Teflon wire has silver plated copper strands with a Teflon insulation that can reach temperatures of 200 degrees clecius. WesBell Electronics also sells wire in the 250-450 temperature range when needed.

Kynar wire wrap is another type of hook up wire we sell which is a mix between the PVC wire and Teflon wire. Kynar has silver plated copper stands with a PVC insulation. Wire wrap is mostly used in computers and only comes as a solid conductor.
