The CIO Government Summit, to be hosted in the State of Arizona, has garnered the support of the Grand Canyon state, through the participation of its technology executives. Representing Arizona at the 2010 event will be Chad Kirkpatrick, Arizona State CIO and Director of the Government Information Technology Agency (GITA); Jim Ryan, CISO, Arizona State; and David Hall, CIO, Department of Agriculture, Arizona State. The CIO Government Summit will be held at the Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale, AZ, May 23-26, 2010.
Chad Kirkpatrick, Arizona State CIO and Director of GITA, which was created to serve as the strategic planning and coordination agency for information technology for the State of Arizona, will welcome all attendees to the CIO Government Summit in his opening address on Sunday, May 23, 2010.
The additional State of Arizona representatives will participate in the CIO Government Summit’s strategically devised agenda sessions with fellow CIOs and IT executives. CIO Government Summit participants include the nation’s decision-making technology professionals representing various government sectors.
The CIO Government Summit has been designed to bring together technology executives, IT thought leaders and analysts for an interactive three day event to address IT challenges, trends, and forecasts for the government sector.
