Jan. 19, 2010 - PRLog -- Dungarvin will initially use Learn.com to standardize and consolidate organizational development and training for frontline supervisors.  Customized training courses and an off-the-shelf online library of general management courses will be available on-demand from any computer. Prior to implementing the Learn.com platform, training was offered through on-site classroom based events and webinars. With Learn.com’s LMS, Dungarvin will now be able to meet a companywide strategic goal to provide consistent, trackable training for supervisors anytime and anywhere.

“Using Learn.com will enable us to create a standardized training curriculum for our management teams and others in the organization in a cost effective manner,” said Cathy Rathburn, Special Projects Director of Dungarvin, Inc. “Compared to the competition, we felt Learn.com’s system was the most flexible, intuitive, and user friendly.”
