MCG Partners, and its subsidiary, Career Transition Advisors, announced today that Cheryl Jacobs of Foxboro, MA, has joined the firm as a Vice President, Business Development. Cheryl brings over 15 years of extensive coaching, management, and sales experience and expertise.

Previously, Cheryl was the founder of Talent Transformation, a coaching, training and talent management consulting firm. Beforehand, she was an Executive Director with the Providence Journal, running their print and on-line businesses. Prior to the Providence Journal, Cheryl was Senior Manager of Business Development for The Boston Globe and Boston.com, members of New England Media Group. Cheryl received her MBA at Suffolk University, and a BA in Communications and Business from Boston College. She is also a Certified Executive Coach through The International Coach Federation.
