Poor posture can increase one’s risk to injury and places increased stress on the body. This course will teach the BCRPA personal trainer how to quickly and effectively assess posture and provide exercises to correct common postures. This practical course is hands-on and full of exercises. BCRPA personal trainers will leave the course with a wealth of useful information to help their client’s improve their posture.
