Toutant will focus his practice on plaintiff litigation in the areas of medical malpractice and birth trauma. The Ferndale resident also has experience in no-fault/auto accident law and appellate matters.
He earned his Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University College of Agriculture and Natural Resources in 2006 and his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University in 2009. In November 2009, he was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan.
