After years of working in the home remodeling industry Michael Alfano has decided to expand his horizons and become a real estate agent. He has decided to join the elite team of Weichert Realtors of Manalapan, NJ. While he has not stopped working in his family’s home remodeling business, he believes being a real estate agent will be a great new challenge.
Originally from Staten Island, New York Michael has grown up in Marlboro, New Jersey. He attended Marlboro Elementary School, Graduated from Marlboro High School and went on to receive his associates degree from Brookdale College.
Since graduating high school he has worked in his family’s home remodeling business and is responsible for all estimates, designs, customer service, contract negotiations and advertising. By selling and designing over 200 kitchens and bathrooms, he has become a specialist in kitchen and bathroom design and product sales.
He believes that his years of experience in the home remodeling industry will help his real estate clients buy or sell the home of their family’s dreams. He believes he has learned to listen to a client’s needs and be there every step of the way to make every house a home for clients.
