Rolex - Dempsey Racing fastest in three day tests

Jan. 18, 2010 - PRLog -- Enthusiasm within teams is rising high and all the teams are geared up for the season opener the Rolex 24 At Daytona after the test race, the Roar Before the Rolex, which took place on January 8-10th. The three day test session was filled with surprises and the biggest surprise came from Dempsey Racing/ Team Seattle which ran on car No. 41 Mazda which was one of the fastest GT cars during the testing days. The unprecedented weather conditions did delay the Roar Before the Rolex 24 for some time on the first day but still Team Seattle had a good race as well as they enjoyed the race. It was not only the Team Seattle who enjoyed the race but also the sports lovers had lot of fun when they saw cars moving at high speed. The Roar Before the Rolex is a race which is sponsored by Rolex and Rolex has made an attempt to gather together the finest sporting professionals. Rolex is associated with this race because it wants motorsports to stay alive in the hearts of people and people can enjoy a sport which is thrilling as well as gripping too. Enthusiasts do not get the opportunity to blink their eyes otherwise they will miss on some interesting part of the race.
Race enthusiasts got very excited when they saw Team Seattle with two cars one was No. 41 Mazda and the other was No. 40 Mazda and both the cars were extremely successful at the three days of test racing. The team seems to be getting ready for the main event that is Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series season opener the Rolex 24 At Daytona which will take place on the January 30-31th. Both the Mazda were newly designed and Team Seattle was confident that the cars will perform well in the testing race and it did as per the expectations. Driver Leh Keen from car No. 41 ran the fastest lap during the first evening season. Though the car was new but it functioned flawlessly well and team has done a very great job with the setting of the car and was running very quickly in the freezing weather conditions also.
James Gue, another racing champion who was assisting Leh Keen at the Roar Before the Rolex 24 and they together raced the car and the car reached among the top five fastest cars on the speed charts. Team Seattle sister car, Dempsey Racing’s No 40 Mazda, was also among the front runners and the team is gathering significant strength as the racing event is coming closer. Don Kitch Jr. is the founder and driver of the Team group and he is convinced that both the cars will perform excellently in the upcoming event as they have performed at the Roar Before the Rolex 24. The team has the most fantastic cars to race in and these two cars have the power to break all its pervious records. The team wants to gain a good position in the race because they are raising funds for Seattle Children’s Hospital. The team wants more fans to come support their team as the raised funds will be used for the welfare purpose. Fans are looking up to Team Seattle as they have performed very well at the test race and they have high hopes from the team too. The desire to win is higher in the Team Seattle team but every one has to wait till the January 31st to know whether they achieve that success or not. The sports lovers are more enthusiast for the Rolex 24 At Daytona as it will be fun to see the speeding cars.
