A new website has been launched to show how a self help programme can be used to overcome the symptoms of ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) and succeed in life.
There is much confusion over the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD. This website has an insight into ADHD coming from someone who has the condition but has managed to overcome and control the symptoms.
