Dr IPS oberoi is leading Arthroscopy and Joint Replacement surgeon in India . He has to his credit large number of Knee and Shoulder reconstruction surgeries . He is also expert in primary and revision knee , hip and shoulder replacement surgery . He is pioneer in shoulder arthroscopy in country . He is sports surgery specialist and has treated numerous international athletes .
He has published Joint Replacement, Arthroscopy and Sports injury related research publications in text books, Journals and prepared manuscripts for Arthroscopy education for young orthopods.
He is visiting surgeon to Al Tawara medical / Teaching hospital, Ministry of health, Sanna, Yemen .He is also visiting surgeon in Military hospital, Sanna, Yemen .He is also invited surgeon in medical schools and hospitals in Iraq , Iran , Oman , and Syria
He has given Lectures in Various International and National meetings

He was trained in Knee Arthroscopy and reconstruction in Sporthopaedicum, , and Rosebank clinic,
He was trained in shoulder surgery in center Hospitalier, St Gregoire, , and Cape shoulder clinic,
In addition he did fellowships at Baylor’s University Medical centre, , , and training at the San Antonio Orthopedic group, . He also did fellowship at the ONS Sports and Shoulder service in , NY, U S A
