A complaint against Borsa Financial has been registered with the SEC following that companies claims to have inside information regarding the financial activitis of Las Vegas Sands. Borsa Financial contacted thouands of investors last summer promising very high returns from investments in Las Vegas Sands. Although the shares of Las Vegas Sands registered significant gains in July and August, as did almost all companies in the Gaming sector, the promised returns never materialised. Borsa then offered disappointed clients who had taken up their advice to buy Las Vegas Sands an opportunity to participate in an IPO of a company called Resource Richland International. There was no IPO and various searches have failed to uncover the registered address of either Borsa or Resource Richland International.
Anyone approached by Borsa Finnacial should contact their local judicial authorities and report the approach to the Financial Services Commission in their own country.
