"My Policy," an online customer service portal, is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This portal provides insurance policy holders the ability to sign up for paperless policies and access account information without having to make a phone call. Policy holders can view and print policy documents, update personal information, view and pay bills, and report a claim, all without handling a single piece of paper.
