PRLog (Press Release) - Jan. 15, 2010 - Raleigh, NC – December 8, 2009 – TriMark Solutions has chosen The Salvation Army’s Angel Giving Tree program as this year’s holiday philanthropy beneficiary.  Totaling 11 children, all age 12 and below, Angels will be receiving clothes, toys, and other gifts purchased by TriMark, and donated through The Salvation Army.  The children come from two different families, one family of five and one family of six.  Gifts will be purchased at local retailers, and dropped off for donation at Crabtree Valley Mall.

After choosing the Angel Giving Tree, Randy Goins, President of TriMark Solutions, stated, “Our team searched for a deserving charity, and we found many.  But when we thought of children who wouldn’t be receiving any gifts this holiday season, our decision was made pretty clear, we had to choose The Salvation Army’s Angel Giving Tree.”  Mr. Goins continued, “We know that we are not merely donating money to a charity, but we are individually picking out the gifts that will be unwrapped by these children we’ve sponsored, and we are very proud to be giving them a brighter smile these holidays.” As for the gifts, TriMark will be giving each child an array of clothes and toys, because clothes are a necessity, but we know how much a child prefers a toy over a sweater.  “We’ve been very fortunate to have great clients and to have had a great year and it’s very important to the TriMark team that we support our local community through charitable contributions when we can do so!”

This year’s Angels are both children and the elderly, and philanthropists can select an Angel by age and gender, so that the best gifts are purchased for each individual.  Gifts can be donated until December 14, 2009, ensuring that all gifts have time to reach their respective recipients before the holidays.  J.C.Penny is the corporate sponsor behind this year’s program, and gifts can be dropped off in retail locations, or shopped and donated online at www.jcp.com/angel.
