A long time coming for the Vermont Commission on Native American Affairs in the development of a "State" website .
Commission member Tim de la Bruere stated to Commission members in an e-mail exchange (9/27/2009) that "the State has invested thousands of dollars and over 50 + hours working on it." "It is a tool and not meant to display pages of information. It is merely built to guide people to the places they can find the information, stated de la Bruere ."
"It is property of the State and not the Commission. We just build it for the State," de la Bruere stated.
Taxpayer money well spent? You decide.
