DENVER – FORTRUST, a high-availability data center services provider and colocation facility, today announced that Rob Timmons has joined the Denver data center team as its new Vice President of Sales. In this role, Timmons brings additional depth to an already strong team with broad experience in the data center and colocation industry.
Timmons brings more than a decade of sales, management and strategic experience to FORTRUST. He will be responsible for managing direct sales, agent sales, account development and marketing. Prior to joining FORTRUST, Timmons held various sales and management positions with tw telecom, USLEC, Net2000 and e-spire communications.

Timmons is actively involved in business as well as the community. He currently sits as President of the Board for 24HoursforHank.org, a non-profit foundation which raises money for Cystinosis research. Timmons holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Communications from the University of Washington.
