The Program was designed to ensure single and multiple sites are fully compliant while aligning with owner’s business drivers and value propositions for operational improvement and excellence.
The collaboration combines the expertise of two leading service organizations to provide a set of comprehensive solutions to manufacturers who need to improve their bottom line and improve operational efficiency. The Program provides a methodology to assess instrumentation within a classification scheme based on value- and risk-based benchmarks that focus on improving product quality and simplifying compliance and operations. This methodology encompasses an overall lean approach to calibration that results in applying the right level of technical and compliance parameters to achieve streamlined and value driven calibration operations. The Program is designed to align with Operational Excellence programs in general and can be customized to fit within an Owner’s specific program. The Program is also designed to achieve different levels of value based on whether the Program is fully implemented or if certain components are implemented. This provides for a flexible approach for our clients that align with their specific needs and situation.
