Community Care College Awarded Better Business Bureau’s “Excellence in Customer Service” Award

Jan. 14, 2010 - PRLog -- On November 13, 2009 Community Care College received notice that the Better Business Bureau had awarded the campus with the 2009 “Excellence in Customer Service” designation. The award is given to “accredited businesses with outstanding records of customer service,” according to Amie Mitchell, Director of Accreditation Services for the Better Business Bureau.  The letter and certificate Community Care College received stated that the “determination is based upon several factors, which include complaint history, complaint handling, community reputation, and overall customer service.”

“We are very proud of this award, and believe it is a reflection of the CARES message (Courtesy, Accountability, Respect, Excellence, Success) that we promote everyday in the workplace,”said Teresa Knox, CEO of Community Care College.
