NWP Services Corporation (NWP), the leading provider of proven financial transaction processing solutions for the multifamily housing industry, today announced that Kathy Parker has joined the company’s client services organization as an Account Manager. In her new role, Parker will manage relationships with NWP’s clients and leverage her extensive client services experience to maximize the financial performance of their resident billing, rent payment and utility management programs.

Prior to joining NWP, Parker served as vice president of operations for American Utility Management Inc. (AUM), overseeing Client Services and Billing Operations. Additionally, Parker brings broad-based experience spanning two decades in multifamily property management where she became a Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) and successfully managed multifamily communities for AMLI Residential, Marquette Management, RMK Management, Benchmark Management, and Netcorp/Centre Properties.
