Tai Chi (Yang Styles) produces a low impact aerobic workout that is gentle on the body. It provides many health benefits for both the mind and body and when practiced regularly most individuals are rewarded with better overall health.
Sifu Nitch has been in the practice since the early 70’s and continues help others to improve their health and overall wellness through Tai Chi.
Tai Chi is most often practiced early in the morning or at sunset. It is considered an art form as well as one of the most practiced forms of exercise in China today. Learning Tai Chi is not difficult; however, it is a practice that takes time and patience during the learning process—Your body and mind will thank you for your time spent in your practice.
