The browse-by-category tab is easy to locate in the lower right-hand corner of the Yellowpages.com.eg search field, which appears on all Yellowpages.com.eg web pages. The functionality behind the new enhancement involved creating super categories, which by clicking on them, leads to multiple levels of subcategories as Yellowpages.com.eg users search for the business they want. The new function allows online users to continually narrow their search by selecting from more and more precise subcategories until they are presented with the list of businesses that fit their needs.
For example, if a Yellowpages.com.eg user was interested in decorating one’s home, they would click on the browse-by-category tab and be presented with a list of super categorieEgypt Yellow Pages Ltds, including one entitled “home.” Clicking on the “home” link would take them to further options, featuring a subcategory devoted to “furnishing and décor.” One further click offers subcategories, including “rugs and carpets,” “bedding,”
