FREE Financial and Legal Workshop

Jan. 13, 2010 - PRLog -- Oakland/Berkeley, CA — The Alpha Nu Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., in conjunction with the Bible Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church, is sponsoring a free financial and legal workshop in Oakland on Saturday, January 30 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The workshop will be held at 1520 8th Ave., Oakland, 94606.

Workshop topics include building your financial house; wills and trusts; durable power for healthcare; five wishes document; banking options; legal awareness and much more.

On hand to provide assistance with these matters will be an estate planning attorney, legal assistance for seniors, representatives from Wells Fargo and the Oakland Officers Association. Real estate and notary public services also will be available.

Free blood pressure screening also will be offered for attendees.

This event is FREE and open to the community.
