A new, patent pending method of providing local cash rebates and loyalty rewards that are provided by merchants affordably, and only AFTER a sale is completed, saves the merchant money. In addition DebitDeal now helps local debit cardholders to earn rewards previously only available to credit rewards providers. Merchants get more local customers, referred by the card issuer, at low cost and the card issuer can now incent their cardholders to use a card based on getting a "little back" from the merchant AFTER the sale is completed.
Financial institutions can use the platform to recruit merchants to participate and get the benefits of providing the "give back" of a couple percentage points provided by the merchants to their cardholders at no cost.
