Carrollton, TX: Metrocrest Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine located at 4780 N. Josey Lane in Carrollton, TX provided sports physicals for the athletic teams at Hebron High School. Dr. Keith A. Heier, team physician for the Hebron High School football team, along with the other physicians and staff at Metrocrest, donate their time annually to provide these schools with physicals for their athletes. Our physicians are very active within their community and this is only one of the ways they participate.
The physicals are coordinated through each school’s athletic faculty. The physicals for Hebron High School were held at Metrocrest Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine at 4780 N Josey Lane in Carrollton, TX. Per the instructions of each school’s faculty, students are asked to arrive at 5:00 PM on their given date. The cost of each physical is returned to each school’s athletic department. Dr. Heier hopes that by donating his time and money to provide these physicals he will help the school’s Athletic Department provide newer equipment for their team.
