Georgetown Hospital System’s Nutrition Services department will offer a Pediatric “Create Your Weight” Program on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning January 19 and ending on February 16. Create Your Weight is a program in which nutrition professionals teach children and their families how to make lifestyle changes that will promote a healthy lifestyle.
Enrollment is open to children ages 7-13 who must be accompanied by a guardian. There is no charge for the program and classes will be held every Tuesday from 5:30-6:15 p.m. in Classroom 1A at the Wachesaw Conference Center on Riverwood Drive across from Waccamaw Community Hospital.
